Max Brenner - Narellan is a cafe in Narellan. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 450m away, Elyard Reserve is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Lovely place and great food. The ambience is just great. Would love to visit again sometime soon. The outdoor is the best specially in the evenings. Short walk from the parking that’s a bonus. I loved anything with chocolate here. The caramel with waffles were great. Online ordering made it simpler. And staff were good.
The presentation to how they serve there deserts is absolutly poor. Drenched in chocalet. The plate is smotherd with chocalet instend of drizzeled. Coffee is absoulutly disusting as its sloshed with suger and then syrup. Cant taste any kinda coffee to it. And the workers are very bad liseners they continuesly stuff up orders just as bad as they make the food !!! The tables are ALWAYS STICKY AND GROSS never wiped down properly . And whats with the gross soggy napkins that are wrapped around the cutlery !!! I honestly think that if the managers dont care then we should be only paying nothing over $10 per plate for the SLOSH they serve. My $27 doller waffles with just ice cream and topping looked like they dropped the chocalet bottle on it and just served it so carlessly. REALY NOT WORTH THE $27 DOLLERS I WASED FOR NOTHING !!!
40-50minute wait time. 1 waiter working on the floor more concerned about flicking his damn hair. Staff behind the counter struggled to find space for other orders. My whole order was sitting on the counter and this guy was bringing things 1 at a time. The shop was untidy, once customers left nobody was around to clean up the mess. And it wasn't overly busy. Very disappointing compared to Blacktown location, they are always busy but your order comes altogether with a shorter wait time. No rush to go back to Narellen
Was at the registers waiting to get served for 10 minutes, we were the only ones in line, staff looking at me and did not acknowledge me once. Tables were absolutely filthy and floors were a mess. Definitely require a hygiene check. We ended up walking out.
Wait times were approximately 40 minutes, which was difficult to understand given that the venue was only about half full. Staff repeatedly refused to take orders and advised customers of a 50-minute wait, despite the apparent capacity. When my order was finally taken, it arrived after around 20 minutes but was incorrect. I had specifically requested dark chocolate and was given milk chocolate instead. I would appreciate Max Brenner reviewing the operations of this store, as the overall service experience suggests a need for changes in management.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
