Guys the coffee is nice but the “beef bacon” is really bad. Inedible actually. We just wasted $60 only for the 2 of us to not be able to eat anything.

Im going to be so honest.. went in today for an açai. It was the worst thing I have ever tasted. I am literally writing this while still sitting in the store. The açai itself is watery and tastes like ice. I asked for biscoff as my sauce, and it most definitely wasn’t biscoff. I went up to the counter to tell them there was no taste to the sauce and they asked if I wanted the actual spread.. like obviously that’s what I paid for. Then she just added an huge chunk of real biscoff. Also the strawberries were either cut with an unwashed knife or on an unwashed chopping board because they tasted like garlic. So disappointed especially for $14.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made for a relaxing family outing. Oh my gosh went in today to get a 10$ Acai and I think the machine was broken because it was coming out in plops! The pistachio sauce was very disappointing and they were spooning it onto the Acai. The texture and taste were off. I honestly was sad for the owner because this is what’s being served at his cafe. Unlike the other Gloria jeans we go to like west Hoxton which is amazing Acai and have queues waiting out the door. The staff were lovely and very apologetic when I took it back and discussed it with them. They had to turn the machine off and admitted to it being off. I hope it will get fixed and I would’ve loved to give you a five star

I come from Victoria and have been to many Gloria jeans this by far was the best Russ was so welcoming the shop looked absolutely beautiful and the girls made me a beautiful chiller 10/ 10
