Station House Hotel is a pub in Campsie. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 200m away, Anzac Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

⚠️ Catherine is a dishonest person⚠️ I was at the Station House Hotel in the gaming area when I noticed a $50 note missing from my pocket after briefly removing my phone to take a photo. Believing the money had fallen where the photo was taken, I immediately reported the issue to a staff member, Catherine, and requested the CCTV be checked, but she repeatedly refused and dismissed the concern despite my calm persistence. The matter was eventually escalated to the manager, who reviewed the footage and showed me video clearly depicting my $50 note on the floor and Catherine picking it up moments later. When confronted, Catherine claimed the money was hers, suggesting it may have been tips, despite the circumstances having already been clearly explained and the money being found stored in her phone case. The initial resistance to reviewing CCTV and the conduct observed on camera were highly unprofessional and have significantly undermined my trust in the staff member, raising serious concerns about integrity and suitability for employment at the venue.

Trying to get a drink is a million in 1 Keep buzzing for service to no avail. Slamming of machines and annoying people next to you is allowed. They reserve machines for ages even when there is no other machine to play, yet they won’t let you play because it’s been reserved for someone that has left the premises! 🤦🏻‍♀️ they seem to cater to one nationality more than others! Seriously!!!!

Since the previous management and licensee left over a year ago this place has gone to absolute shit. Staff are unprofessional, do not know how to provide competent customer service. The only amazing staff member remaining is the lovely manager, Eri. Apart from that, avoid station house at all costs and head to Oasis instead.

I visited this pub for the second time recently, hoping for the same great experience I had the first time. Unfortunately, this visit was a letdown. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience today was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. The young girl in black jumper on duty who I think might be a manager showed a complete lack of professionalism and hospitality. Rather than serving customers or even acknowledging their presence, she acted as if she was above helping — with an attitude of “I’m the boss,” which came off as rude and dismissive. Her facial expression was cold. It honestly makes me question how someone with such poor customer service skills ended up in a managerial position. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as the pub does have potential — but respectful customer service should always be a priority.
