I had to service my car close by and stopped in to grab a coffee and churros. Unknowingly there was an issue and because a few had broken the lovely girl that was serving went and made extra for me. I was not expecting that nor was I too bothered but her kindness and apology was a wonderful gift after I have had such a rushed and crazy morning.

A 15% public holiday surcharge was added to the bill with no signage, no menu notice, and no warning whatsoever. Yes, businesses in NSW can charge a public holiday surcharge, but only if it’s clearly displayed upfront. This was not displayed anywhere. Hidden charges are misleading and unacceptable. What a shame.

The employees ( especially 2 girls ) had very bad attitude and they were so rude. When my friend and I gave our orders the employees had very bad attitude. They seemed they are there by force. While all the customers were sitting in coffee shop and while they were talking to each other , the employees opened the music very loudly so nobody could hear each other. Everyone was so annoyed. So customer had to worn the ladies to turn down the music. Their behavior was so disrespectful. People dont go there to see angry faces , and dont go there to listen loud music. People go there to talk to each other and have good time in a peaceful place. But that employees destroy all that nice environment. ( 08.10.2025 6:30 pm )

Absolutely the best coffee and service you could ever ask for! I was served by the two amazing staff members, I asked what their names were so I could make sure to mention them, Isabella and Annabella because they honestly made my morning! The best service, the most beautiful smiles, and hands down the best coffee in town. Such a lovely start to the day thanks to these two amazing girls! ☕️💖

I’ve tried Oliver Brown in a few different branches and it’s always been great. The mocha frappé is easily on of the best I’ve ever had rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Their desserts are super tasty too, especially the waffles, crepes, and even the açai bowls when I want something lighter. Service is friendly and consistent everywhere I’ve been. It’s definitely my go to spot for chocolate treats!
