I visited this morning and was served by a staff member. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service I received. She did not greet me or say hello when taking my order. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, as it seemed like she was annoyed or doing me a favour. When she served my drink, she simply placed the glass on the table without saying anything and walked away. I understand everyone can have busy days, but basic courtesy and customer service are important. I hope this feedback helps improve future service.

The Best Oliver Brown is Beverly Hills apart from Chullora that’s good too. I’ve been to … Casula, Orange,Liverpool and Weatherill Park cafes and they could take notes from here . The churros at Beverly Hills are coated in sugar and dusted with icing sugar then cut in half. They are not over cooked and hard and even the way they present their beverages are better. And they don’t serve soggy strawberries like Casula. IDK you would think they are all the same but trust me they’re not.

The morning coffee in OB is addictive. Have been a regular visitor nothing else but a sip of coffee and Belgian chocolate

Went here last week, had an excellent experience. Went again a few days ago and the crepe was inedible. They also ran out of berries and pistachios for the waffles. So I wasn’t able to order those two waffles. Bear in mind this was around midday. So I am not sure how they could have run out at that time. Coffees are excellent. Cake slices and desserts in the cake display are great. Customer service was average. On a side note, please don’t overcook your crepes and then hide your mistake by turning them upside down onto the plate, then drowning them with chocolate. They’re inedible and the customer will know! Would I be back. Possibly for the coffee and pre made desserts.
