Dog rules

Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's "Pet-friendly parks and reserves" page states: "please remember to keep your dog on a leash unless the reserve is classified as a 'dog off-leash area'." The council's "Animals and pets" page summarises this as: "Keeping your dog on a leash, unless in a designated off-leash area." This venue is not on Canterbury-Bankstown's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Really nice spot. Amazed that it hasn’t been closed and gated and blocked off 6km up the road. Saw absolutely zero cattle theft occurring

Great picnic area secluded and quiet

★★★☆☆3 years ago

Wonderful and quiet environment overall. With enough tree shading available when too hot. However, it could be disturbed by speeding jetski, especially during the weekend and public holiday.

Hidden gem.

Noisy jetskis ruined the lovely environment.
