Kids eat free on Sunday’s and doggy’s are allowed. Food was nothing special. My wife ordered the chicken burger, which she didn’t eat because it had a weird flavour. I had a pizza which was okay, it was something simple. Only positive was that my wife liked her coconut margarita. As we had a dog, we entered down the side and had to walk through a couple of the staff smoking. Wasn’t pleasant.

Located at 121 Yala Road, Bangor, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺. Edit - Bangor Tavern has recently been renovated and I have to say it looks fantastic. I am really impressed and the staff are still very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious as always. Every Friday Night, there’s live music 🎶 from 6.00pm till late. The Great Beer Garden is also dog 🐶 friendly! Every Wednesday from 7.00pm, it is Trivia night. From Monday to Friday between 4.00pm to 6.00pm , it’s Happy Hour. Also, Kids eat FREE on Fridays between 5.00pm and 7.00pm and on Sundays. 😊😋👍 A great little tavern with lovely food for great prices. It has a great vibe to the place making it really nice place to eat and socialise with your friends. My chicken was very tasty and was happy with the service from the staff. Very helpful. Thumbs Up!! 👍👍😊

Honestly one of the worst pub experiences I’ve had in Sydney. Avoid this place at all costs. The food is disgusting. Don’t try the Ragu. We literally had one bite to try it and had to stop. Why would you serve food like this. The staff eventually provided service once they were both off their phones. Surely it isn’t that hard to run a pub these days guys.

Was working close by and thought we’d stop in for a feed.. got the chicken schnitzel really can’t go wrong with that.. boy was I wrong this is by far the worst feed I’ve ever had in my life. the batter was thicker then the chicken that when I peeled it back didn’t even look like chicken… you guys should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves serving this rubbish to hard working people… honestly anyone in the area avoid at all cost there’s a McDonald’s around the corner and it would be much a better choice on your behalf

It was awful.I had the pasta with prawns We waited 45 minutes for the food I had one bite and my mouth was burning from the awful Amount of the jarred garlic . I could not eat it. I went to the person at bar with long hair older guy and told him the food was awful , he said I will tell the kitchen.. no offer of a refund you could see my plate hadn't been touched I am local and the food is so bad ... stay home or go to MacDonalds .
