The place is okey in a shopping centre but the dinner food was most disappointing.. I ordered falafel bowl and the beans were precooked and stored in fridge, god knows for how long and it had gone off.. and was so stringy deemed inedible anyway so I asked to change. They had no problem to change it but they do not know what freshly cooked food was. I looked through the menu once more and asked which dish was freshly cooked, so they told me pork belly was freshly cooked.. I spit the carrots out immediately as it was the same as the bean in falafel bowl, they were precooked and stored and had gone off.. the same with mashed potatoes.. lazy kitchen couldn't be bothered to cook vegetables fresh, how hard that would be.. the pork was stringy and the skin is tough as boots.. will never go back.. very expensive as for $32 a dish, you could get something really nice elsewhere.. it's all from the laziness of the the cook.. if you don't get what I am saying, watch Gorden Ramsey's program of all the nightmare kitchens

Great Coffee. Most of the staff are wonderful and customer-centric, however, one of the girls tried to over-service my food order on a previous day, so I left. I don't think she was there today so everything went okay. There is room for Service Improvement, seems to happen only when the owner is there. Now it seems the Feedback here doesn't get acknowledged or responded to, if that's the case, the bad reviews are are a call for improvement, and if they don't acknowledge you, then you know they just simply want your money.

Had a lovely Father’s Day brunch - it was super easy to book online via their website. We were seated promptly and food came out in a timely manner. As always both the coffee/food and service were impeccable. Friendly helpful staff always with a big smile and lovely ambient location which is always clean. The owner has meticulous attention to detail which is reflected in the delicious menu, restaurant decor and the way dishes are plated (see pic of the KIDS waffles attached). We love the dinner menu here as well. A real local gem.

One of my mornings started at Acacia Eatery in Glenrose Village. I ordered a flat white and an egg & bacon roll. ☕🥓🍳 The coffee came in just a couple of minutes; so good! My breakfast took a little longer, but that’s totally normal. The egg and bacon roll was sooo delicious! I went with ketchup inside and honestly, it made it even better. Loved it!
