Durk's Cafe + Eatery Glenwood

Milo frapped was pretty bland. It just tasted like water with a pinch of Milo and for some reason it had quite a strong taste of cacao power that stuck to the tongue. The Biscoff brownie however was nice, but I assume it was ordered from a bakery so no surprise there. Service was average, no emotion no response to the thank you, pretty typical low income workers. Only real positive was the atmosphere, which was admittedly pretty nice.

I ordered on Uber eats for the second time . Food is next to perfect. I’ve had the eggs Benedict & club sandwich. Best ones I’ve had in my life. Highly recommend this cafe. The taste & presentation is incredible.

It’s a great little addition in this vicinity, with good varieties and fabulous food. After months of hearing rave reviews about the place online, we popped in on a Sunday morning. Plenty of space, well lit with decent service. We tried the stack, BYO Omelette and Churros French toast. The stack lived up to the bill, with hint of spices in the sourdough adding nice flavour to the grilled veggies. Churros was fantastic, and perfect to be shared as it was quite sinfully rich. But, our favourite was the Omelette with just a hint of chilli and a good coffee to end the meal. Would definitely try other options at this place again, cheers!

Full disclosure... I've driven past Valentine Park for 15 years and never ventured in... I had no idea how big it was until seeing the signs for Durks Cafe and wondering in. Durks is a wonderful Cafe franchise of excellent coffee and decent food at a reasonable price. Its a great addition to the park and the local area. So good to know its easy to stop in and grab a great coffee on the go, or take some more time to sit and enjoy the food and atmosphere, so close to home. A great find.

One of my new favourite local cafes to get lunch! Food has been fantastic and love the space. They do the best brekkie burger and mango smoothie I’ve ever had. Photo attached is the smashed beef burger, pattie was great! Pricing is reasonable also!
