Two large grassed areas for the dogs to run around and very minimal shelter. So if you're an apartment or a house that doesn't have a big backyard, your dog wants to go out for a run. It's probably a good spot to go

I always take my dog to this park on an almost daily basis. It is close to home, there is a sheltered table with bench seats on one side and a single bench seat on the other, water for dogs, twin sides to separate those who may not get on with the others, they are regularly mowed and annually sprayed for bindii. If there are no bags, I email Blacktown City and they are quickly replenished. There is a bin at the entrance and another up at Jersey Road. There are small trees on one side growing to provide shade. There were some on the other side, but were vandalised to death. Walking and sitting areas are concreted, so comfortable for people even in wet weather. The sports fields nearby are often lit up of a night time so I go to the dog park in the cool of the evening on these hot days. I have found the people who attend here are very friendly and accommodating, and will move out or let you in depending on the compatibility of the dogs concerned.

Literally bindiis are the death of me no way this is a dog park if everywhere you step of the dog area is just bindii like it’s just hell in another format. lil bro thinks I just want to be dealing with sharp agony honestly the only thing saving it is the fact that there is a divider between the area for people who don’t want to be around strangers. Idk if the other person has a side without bindiis though so if so that person need to not be the most annoying person ever also cause I kinda hate them considering they were just bedrotting but instead with a seat cause they don’t know that other people don’t want a larger dog trying to come near a puppy especially have their dog piss on your dog cause I know a certain someone well who experienced that but ik this ain’t the parks fault but if you see a person who I couldn’t even tell the gender of wearing full athletic wear and just sitting their while their dog is approaching another dog RUN. Whoever that person is needs to go to the employment rally cause bro was apart of the unemployment line. Also I stayed at the park for like 10min max and somehow I counted around 26 bindis on 2 legs…. 💀 . This is not a friendly dog park unless your one of those golden retriever influencers who buy shoes for their dog that look like could easily be pierced through

I heard they finally have bins. FINALLY!!! My dog loves it here. You can usually get a spot all to yourself. Do approach with caution though as sometimes the dogs that attend this park are best to not have fellow canine company. But everyone is easy to talk to so just ask!

Super dirty. There’s no bin so other people have just resorted to dumping it on the ground or tying it to the trees and fences??
