What people say
I observed that the gate was open upon my entry but was subsequently closed when I attempted to exit. This occurred within a 15-minute timeframe, and I was then compelled to seek assistance from the Council to get me out.
It’s closed to be accessible by car! People can walk up there ! No wheelchair
