Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Stuart Mould Park, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

A reserve with a fair amount of trees and an expansive playground. A gentle-sloping area with a few pathways and with fences bordering the park, this still reserve is a fresh breath of air and to relax.
