Dog rules

Dogs are welcome on-leash at Katrina Park, a Blacktown City Council park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998, dogs must be kept on a lead and under effective control, and are prohibited within 10 metres of children's play equipment and food preparation areas. Off-leash exercise is permitted only in Council's designated off-leash areas.

Good for toddlers as well as older kids, nice and shady in the morning through to middle of the day. Don't feel like I need to hover around my 18mo to catch him falling off the equipment.

Nice and clean playground. Good enough for kids to play around.

Great upgrade to Katrina Park, much more baby friendly, with an added cowboy & Indians vibe play time comes naturally.
