Located on Level 4 of Westpoint, convenient carpark, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We frequently order the choc mocha, pancakes, white choc chai, and cappuccino. Pancakes are always soft and topped generously. Love the chocolate crepe cake which is not too sweet and is topped with delicious molten chocolate and crunchy choc balls! Coffees are great too and worth stopping by for the lovely staff. To note: food is quite pricey and many of the tables weren't fully cleaned.
I’m not a local at Blacktown but do work in the area and I live about 10 mins away. Therefore from time to time sporadically for work lunches or like today with family I have visited this place- over the years. I have made a review based on my own personal experience and my opinions are entirely mine based on today’s visit alone. I was a bit disappointed as today I ordered a cappuccino and a children’s waffle ( for daughter) . The place was not busy and many empty chairs inside. We waited outside for table order. Took a while so I decided to go ask to one of the main men that was in the counter, I asked him but he sort of looked at me , stared and proceeded to ignore me. Continuing to do his task behind counter. I did not feel very welcomed. Then as I went to my table the lady was coming with my order. I was thankful. However, when I gently asked if she could bring me a small plate or bowl to put the ice cream in ( so it would not melt into waffles and go soggy) she politely refused . I was not prepared for this. She just said “ No, sorry “ and with smile walked away!!!!!. My kids were playing in the playground in this level, hence my request. The coffee was excellent though and food was ok. But overall I felt quite uncomfortable at the way I was treated and basically ignored. I am not used to this, people are always helpful towards me and friendly and helpful.
It is a fine place for dessert and chocolate. Wide range of chocolate options. Could use a little bit of clean up
I would like to thank Jaden and Maricar for looking after my daughter's birthday. They did an amazing job when it came to coordinating everything and checking up on us, ensuring everything was all good and going well. All the desserts, especially the bad brownie pizza, were the highlight of the day, and were a nice leftover dessert that we took home. We had a wonderful experience, and I believe Jaden and Maricar should be the bosses of party hosting. Thank you for a great a time!
Came here last night for coffee but we decided to get dessert too as the fondue looked quite attractive. Well worth it, the melted chocolate with bananas and strawberries, with waffles and brownies was incredible. Topped off with a hot chocolate. Well worth it!
