Needed a fabulous coffee this morning, and that’s exactly what I received! Great service. Enjoyed it a lot!

I ordered an iced matcha and the lady used almond milk without even asking..I cant drive any form of long life milk and found this out while driving home and I got very sick in the car. What a waste on $9. You should be asking if you want an alternative milk and not using whatever you feel like.

Ordered the chicken pesto salad. I found a hair in my food, so im quite worried about cleanliness. Food wise, barely any chicken, not exaggerating, I found 5 extremely small pieces on the bottom and the rest is just pasta. I've seen other similar reviews about the pasta so its clear no improvement was made.

I highly recommend their coffee. It’s consistently strong, served with a smile & good customer service.

My partner and I ritually grab a takeaway coffee from Soul Origin in Plumpton every Sunday before doing our grocery shopping. The female manager is always so lovely and remembers our order — caramel latte — which really makes us feel like valued customers. The salads are fresh and tasty, though I’m not too thrilled about the pricing. At over $12, it’s a bit steep for me personally, so I usually only buy them when they’re discounted. The location is right in the centre of the mall, so it can get quite busy, but the customer service is usually pretty good regardless.
