This is a little hidden gem. It’s area is deceptively large. It has bush trails throughout with the main loop taking you down to the mangrove like waterline and back up. It’s a good dense bush with lots of bird life. At the water line there’s a bit of rubbish and someone has made a little camp there once. There’s also rubbish brought in by the river. It does not detract from the whole park though. The main entrance itself is a little non descript. But there is also an exit/entrance that is even more hidden on the south side. Keep exploring and you’ll find it. The paths are clear and any primary school kid should be able to do it. There are actually trails of the main trail which you can explore. No toilets. No bbq area. No shelter. No clearing area. No seats. Hardly anyone ever comes here. It’s great.

I used to live there at the Kyle Williams home, back in 1983, it was such a pitty that they knock it down. The now government should rebuilt it as a tourists spot.
