Hogben Park

Hogben Park in Kogarah is a lovely local green space that's perfect for dog owners - the fact that dogs are allowed makes it a real community hub for pet lovers. The park is well-maintained and open 24/7, which is great for early morning or evening walks along the Georges River. It's not huge but has a nice peaceful atmosphere, and the 4.4-star rating reflects its solid reputation as a reliable neighborhood park. The location on Railway Parade is convenient, and it's a pleasant spot to unwind or let the kids play while enjoying some riverside views.

Symbol of a thriving community. Walking past in a weekday evening, I was surprised to find a park as lively as this. The basketball court was full of people playing together, as with the table tennis table. The rest of the park also had lots of families enjoying the playground and facilities. Restrooms seemed reasonably clean.

Versatile park. You can chill and/or play. The park is clean and well equipped. 👌 November is Jacarandas season and a hit spot to paint, photograph or picnic 🥹
