I suppose it has lots that one would need in a park. A playground, cricket nets and even a tennis wall. I’m giving it a 3 however because 1. It’s lacking restrooms 2. It’s not an aesthetic park. It’s kind of straight and long, but overall very small. Not to mention the slope of it is quite big. 🤨 3. It’s not very pleasant to walk on 4. The cricket nets are just concrete making the ball bounce ridiculously high and it’s too close to the road, every second ball ends up on there. Too much of a slope going down towards the bowler too. 5. It feels like two different parks with the road between the field and playground However, if you just want somewhere local if you live around the area to relax after your 9-5 and take the kids out for a bit, maybe take the dog out for a walk or something like this, look no further.
I visited this park for the tennis practice wall. It's ok but the surface is a bit uneven. It's ok for tennis but unplayable with a pickleball.
A really nice and quiet park in Bexley North. It also has a wall for practising tennis shots or soccer.
Good park to take the kids. There's a tennis wall, cricket nets and a large oval for field and ball sports. Across the road is a smaller park with a playground for younger kids.
