ME Coffee Merchants

I have been frequenting this place for over a year now and it has become my favourite local place to go to for my morning brew. They have a delicious selection of foods on offer for breakfast, morning tea, brunch, lunch, etc. The staff are all very polite, friendly and provide excellent customer service every time. A special shout out to their superstar barista “Katina” who truly knows how to make a great coffee. Being able to memorise and execute multiple coffee orders at once (while a dozen people are staring at you in the morning rush) takes great skill. Being able to multitask like this for hours all day long, without losing her mind and she does it all while being pleasant and personable and making each customer feel special. No wonder this café is so popular and always busy!

Sensational coffee every single time. ME Coffee at Westfield Eastgardens consistently delivers high-quality coffee that is rich, smooth, and perfectly made. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Mariska and Kat are absolutely amazing — warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. They remember customers, keep things moving efficiently, and create such a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for outstanding coffee paired with exceptional service, ME Coffee is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

I was having a horrible day I must admit. But this lovely kind lady served me with the utmost fantastic customer service with an amazing positive attitude. She was Asian with her hair tied back, I thank her for improving my day with something as simple as a long black with two sugars, such a talented and brilliant coffee barista!

I absolutely love the food, the service, the drinks served here. The staff members are really sweet and welcoming too.

Food portions are tiny. Cigarette packet is for size comparison. The iced latte is the large size believe it or not. Bacon and egg roll was dry, they didn't add salt and pepper as requested and it was on a small sesame seed bun! Iced coffee was strong and delicious but tiny. Croissant was burnt, dry and tasteless. I asked for salt and pepper and plenty of barbecue sauce on the bacon and egg roll but there was a tiny smear of barbecue sauce and no salt and pepper. The croissant also had no salt in pepper despite me asking for this. The only order notes that they followed was to not put much ice in the iced coffee. I ordered the bacon and egg roll for breakfast and I was going to have the croissant for lunch but the bacon and egg roll was so small that I ate the croissant immediately afterwards. They even put an iced drink in the same bag as hot food and instead of putting serviettes in the bag they put three thin cheap tissues! It took them 40 minutes to prepare this small order. I have ordered 3 times now on ubereats and 3 times I have been disappointed so won't be ordering again because this store obviously has no attention to detail, they don't care about what quality of food they serve, they don't appreciate the customer and they care only about making a profit whilst forgetting that is the customer who generates that profit. With so much customer choice in the hospitality industry, every customer counts but if they feel they are being ripped off then they will take their custom to our nearby business who appreciates them. I worked in hospitality for many years and ME cafe is just disappointing. ** Cigarette packet is for size comparison.
