We've come to the T-Spoon cafe quite a few times now and the food is always fresh and delicious and the staff very friendly. Easy parking in the underground carpark with first 2hrs free, access is via the driveway next to the cafe and down the underground ramp on the left. Looking forward to our next brunch date there!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Teaspoon Café recently managed the catering boxes for my husband’s and my farewell at work, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The taste and quality of the food were excellent, as always, but what truly stood out this time was the presentation and service. Heena and her team were incredibly responsive and professional, and they went above and beyond the set menu to include every small detail I asked for. They even made thoughtful suggestions to tailor everything exactly to our liking. Communication was prompt, they were flexible with changes, and the boxes were delivered right to my doorstep, perfectly on time. ( even though we work at totally opposite ends of Sydney) Thank you, Heena and the Teaspoon Café team, for making our farewell so special. Highly recommended!

Just ordered this salad for $27 and box is half full mostly spinach with three chunks of lamb. Very disappointed, should be getting a bigger box for this price let alone half empty

I ordered sandwiches from them for our parish event and it was prepared fresh and done just how I liked it! The quality and taste were excellent! I am delighted! I chose them and would definitely choose them again and again for future events! Thank you for accomodating all my requests and hearing me out too!

A vibrant café offering fresh, flavourful meals right in the heart of the hospital precinct. I ordered the smashed avocado stack—served on toasted sourdough and topped with smashed avocado, cherry tomatoes, crumbled feta, beetroot hummus, and a perfectly poached egg, all lightly drizzled with olive oil. The flavours were beautifully balanced, the presentation inviting, and the service was friendly and quick. A thoroughly enjoyable dish that’s easy to recommend. For drinks, I had the Apple Energiser—a refreshing blend of apple, pear, cucumber, pineapple, lemon, and ginger. We also tried “The Defence,” made with carrot, orange, lemon, and ginger—equally revitalising. Both juices were fresh, full of flavour, and a great complement to the meal.
