Cotti Coffee (Cabramatta)

Nice flavour latte in town . Love the lady in the shop very nice and serve with passion haha . 😄 although some times bit rude but can tell they really nice and friendly about serving customers. Especially recently come to the shop and the changing of the service. Will come back again . Keep up .

Service was excellent at Cotti Coffee Cabramatta. Linh was super cute, friendly, and provided great service. Loved the experience!!!! and Coco Pearl was absolutely delicious, even better after trying the Coco Matcha. Rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced highly recommended! 🥥✨

I’ve visited this café several times because the coffee is actually quite good. However, I’ve consistently had negative experiences with the service. Each time I’ve been in, the staff have spoken very rudely and used vulgar language in Vietnamese, often laughing loudly and showing poor attitude toward customers and each other. As a business owner myself, I don’t enjoy posting negative feedback because I understand staffing challenges, but this seems to be an ongoing issue rather than a one-off incident. When there are two staff members on, they often appear to be judging customers or murmuring and laughing quietly, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable. I hope management can improve the customer service, as the coffee really is worth coming back for.

I have been there many times, very good quality products and great service~ tried different types of drinks and all taste nice. I prefer not “that sweet ”drinks and they always made the perfect sugar level for me:) appreciate!
