Usually frequent this coffee shop with my family when i visit Cabra. However this time around I was upset by the service. Ordered our drinks and everything was fine. it was until I asked for a takeaway cup to take home one if the the drinks. The lady had thought i ordered an extra drink. i noticed and said to the lady it was just the empty cup, not an extra portion. Preparing to finish up the lady came and served us the drink. I told her I didn't order this just an empty cup. I asked do I have to pay for it? She said I had since its made. I was bit shocked. So i proceeded to the counter and made payment. told the barista lady about what happened. She said miscommunication and didnt even bother bother to rectify further. As a customer i felt i should of been told. Its there fault and don't worry about making payment. As a business owner myself i would apologise and not charged at all from the beginning. the drink was $9 for the che 3 mau( 3 bean special) Today I have payed extra and now moving forward I will not frequent again as this experience was not pleasant.

Love the Vietnamese Coffee, it's strong at first but you can get used to it, plus the condensed milk helps. Other Coffee options are nice too. They have ice cream as well, but I never tried. Give them a go.

Had the soursop smoothie, coconut coffee avocado smoothie, and avocado & coffee smoothie mix. All were amazing, but I found the coconut coffee avocado combo was a bit lighter than the avocado & coffee only. The system could be improved as the person serving was different from the person taking the orders, so a bit of confusion in delivering the orders to the correct tables.

Still all time fave for Viet iced coffee ☕ The prices did gone up a bit except factoring inflation and all, it's reasonable given the size of the coffee. Giving this place four stars only though as the ambience of feet floating around in the restaurant was 💀. Aside from that, great place to chill and soak in the Cabra vibes
