I went here for a drink yesterday and as I was asking for what I wanted, this young tall skinny asian girl with glasses was giving me disgusting looks and she was just giving me repelling bad vibes and she was whispering something to this other asian guy and it just honestly ruined my experience with this store, I havent been here for a while and I'd always have a good customer service experience but I don't take interest in coming here again if I continue seeing her again. Thank you

The Most disgusting taste of coffee i have ever tried in my whole life. Even coffee @Ampol station tastes alot better If i could give minus, i would.

My wife order a caramel lattes, and the owner only give her sugar, when she come back and ask the staff for the caramel they gave the bottle to her, but the owner come and take the bottle off my wife and said. Only with sugar… very bad attitude and service never come back again….

PLEASE SEEK HELP To the guy who always have attitude issue to customers & your colleagues, respectfully, I think you need help. Every time we visit your shop, you either interrupt your colleagues when they take our orders, or it's us that you gave a nasty attitude. You are not the only one working in this industry so we know the stress you have every day. If you cannot be professional, reach your owner for training again. If you are unhappy about your job, then maybe seek another one. Additionally, adding sugar to a beverage shouldn't be that hard, it's as easy as eating an apple, especially for coffee. And never have I ever seen a barista refusing to add sugar, regardless the drink is pre-mixed or not. My friend came recently to get the drink for me and received an attitude that she clearly didn't deserve such treatment just because she asked to add extra sugar for my drink. Customers and your colleagues clearly don't own you anything. Please seek help for the sake of you and everyone around you. Thanks!!
