Fabrika by Madera

Fabrika by Madera is an amazing restuarant experience not to be missed! A group of 7, we dined here for a family member’s birthday. I had the baby Octopus which came out with potatoes, spinach and Aoli which was delicious. Other members of our party had the Calamari which they expressed was “amazing”. The staff were friendly, attentive and accommodated to all my group’s needs. Fabrika has a welcoming ambient environment making it a pleasure to dine at. Highly recommend.

Tonight I was transported back to my late Mothers kitchen… flavours I hadn’t enjoyed this much in almost 20 years. My heartfelt thanks for bringing back such fond memories of a time long ago. FABRIKA = NEZABORAVNO !

Went in ordering the mixed grill, salad and bread (as in photo.) The food and atmosphere were so lovely we decided to have our engagement lunch a few weeks later with the Balkan Banquet. The entrees were top notch and the mains were well presented and very filling. Had a great experience with both our families meeting for the first time. The service was attentive and they communicated clearly with us the entire time. We had a great experience here and would recommend for anyone in the area.

Celebrated my birthday at Fabrika and it was perfect from start to finish! The food was absolutely incredible - you can really taste the love from the nonnas in the kitchen. The seafood platter, gnocchi, and pork belly were the stars of the night! Service was 10/10! Cannot fault it at all as everyone was warm and attentive, and made the whole experience feel so special. There was also live music which added to the experience. We left so full and so happy. Highly recommend for anyone wanting delicious, authentic food and a wholesome dining experience. Can’t wait to go back!
