The service was really unfriendly, steak was terrible, ordered medium rare and got over well done. Tried to buy some good rum off the back bar and they wouldn't sell it to me because they didn't have it on their computer. And in the room they didn't change the empty toilet paper roll from the last bloke and my mate who stayed in the other room said the bed he stayed in made him really itchy. Do not recommend this place at all.

Refreshing new menu that separates itself from other nearby pubs like Cooks. But it is pricey for the area. Dishes were all good, the only blip was the size of the steak sando. Dining floor FOH staff were attentive and friendly. Gaming room attendants are a step down from the previous staff who were very diligent in working the floor and made it truly feel like a local pub. Missed opportunity through the renovations to create a real sports bar. No central big screen - three equally sized TVs with two showing the same content is terrible. They also still havent updated the beer garden which has so much potential to be a great outdoor area. Tyler the bartender should be commended. His service is excellent and he is attentive and friendly

I’ve been going to Mount Pritchard Pub since 2010 and have always loved the food and prices. This place used to be packed, which says a lot but you can tell it’s no longer the same. After the renovations and the change in kitchen management, I’ve never been more disappointed. We waited 45 minutes for a chicken schnitzel, it was extremely disappointing, the prices have gone up significantly, and there’s very little to choose from on the menu now. It’s really sad to say, but this was a horrible dining experience, and I won’t be coming back.

The food and service here are absolutely amazing, the prices cannot be beaten for a lunch time special especially for the quality that's delivered. Honestly couldn't fault the place except for a lack of pool table. Thanks Pritchard Hotel for a wonderful local meal !!

The manager (Kim), in the gaming area has outstanding customer service, always checking on us and making sure we are ok. The staff in general are quiet nice, the only thing that should not be happening during busy times is people playing 2 poker machines at one time while patrons are waiting for a machine to become available. Other than that its a pretty good place.
