Homebush Park is a dog-friendly park in Saint Johns Park.
Dog rules
Dogs must be under the effective control of a competent person at all times (maximum 4 dogs per person). Dogs must be on a lead when outside designated off-leash areas. Dog owners must dispose of dog droppings in the bins provided. Dogs declared menacing, dangerous, or a restricted breed are prohibited in off-leash areas. This is a nice surprise found at St John's Park near Cabramatta. The park is on levelled piece of land and appears to have all amenities that you need. As in playground and benches and tables. I'm not sure about public toilets as I didn't see any from where I was sitting. The park is conveniently located near the homes and if you're not looking for challenging workout in a park you could easily walk around without climbing hills. The park has a very peaceful atmosphere.
