Literally the worst service and incompetant staff. Ordered chicken and veg pie takeaway when i went to open it i was given a chicken panini instead. Coffee took kver 10 minutes for takeaway. Very unprofessional staff.
Took half an hour for a coffee and a slice of cake that is not fresh. No apologies whatsoever. I had to come over 3x and ask cos I see people who ordered way behind me already got their coffee, at least.Not worth coming again and surely not worth the wait
For how many years do you keep the cakes on the shelves before selling them? It’s dry, stale, and tastes like it’s been sitting there forever! Look at this red velvet slice 🤢
