Gloria Jean's Berala

Lovely experience at Gloria Jean’s Berala. The shop was very clean and the customer service was excellent. My husband enjoyed his coffee, and even though I don’t drink coffee myself, I ordered one of my favourites, the strawberry chiller which was made perfectly. The staff were so accommodating with adding cream and meeting my requests without any fuss. Sweet hit on another level The loaded brownie was delicious as well, highly recommend it. If you’re in the area, this place is definitely worth supporting. A great family-owned business with quality products and service.

This is my first experience at Gloria Jeans Berala, and it’s safe to say i will definitely be coming back. It’s the cleanest Gloria Jeans i have been too, the floors and tables were very spotless. The vibes were top notch and the drinks were delicious. I am very picky and don’t love sweet drinks but the staff were very considerate and offered to change the sugar levels and gave me options i might like more. The girl who served me was Safiya and she was very friendly. I definitely want to try the cherry menu next time.

The team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their customers. You can really feel the positive change in the atmosphere and the overall experience. I visited Gloria Jean’s Coffee in Berala early this morning at 6am and had such a great experience. The store was spotless, the atmosphere was really welcoming, and the staff were friendly. My coffee was made perfectly — rich, smooth, and honestly one of the best I’ve had in a while. A great way to start the day! Highly recommend stopping by.
