What people say
Hudson Park is very peaceful with a small modern botanical gardens with native flowers and trees. There is many picnic spots and public toilets.
This really nice park in Strathfield. It have ample sitting area in the park. There are multiple parking option like on street , near Oval Ground and Golf Driving Range. We bring our food from home and enjoy sun while eating in the park. we have enjoyed soccer and flying disk. You can come here and just relax. Pros : Beautiful fountain . Nice walking area. Multiple Sitting option. The floor plants are really small and need to grow. Cons : This is park is divided into multiple areas but those are not properly connected with each other. The kids play area is on 1 corner which is really far from the park. The toilet is still in construction phase.
Two thumbs up for Strathfield council for this park! It is such an oasis of greenery and beautiful open spaces for its residents - an excellent feature amidst the houses and apartment blocks nearby for people to relax, to exercise and just to enjoy nature. This is a wise council indeed that has got its priorities right. As a resident myself I am grateful that this space is not used to build more accommodation dwellings or office high rises/commercial buildings. In this day and age we need more, not less, of open spaces such as this - a balm to our mental health.
One of the best atmospheres to walk around with quiet, nice and peaceful environment and it’s not too busy as well which makes it wonderful and if you have kids they’ll love playing around because if it’s huge area
Really nice park to relax and chill near nature, the gardens in shape of labyrinth are something special ✨
