The Budderoo National Park is around 2 hours drive away from Sydney near Kiama. We were planning to do the Minnamurra Falls walk which was around 1-2 hours return trip but the track was closed until further notice… I guess it was due to the recent rainy weather. So we did the Rainforest walk instead, it was a much shorter walk which was like 30-45mins return trip. Not worth driving 2 hours for such a short walk but at least the rainforest was pretty enough to make it more worthwhile.
Great nature reserve, kilometers and kilometers to walk and enjoy nature, pure air and wildlife especially birds, easy and medium paths to have family connections with flora and fauna. Well protected and preserved, thanks to everyone whose work here because are doing an amazing job.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
