The Plains Pantry

Great little cafe serving local paddock to plate produce. We enjoyed the Nundle trout on sourdough and a veg sausage roll with the most devine pie chutney. We purchased 2 jars $10 each which was nothing like the one we were served, very runny, not much content. The service here is quick and staff friendly. We will return again.

Wow! How cool is this place ?! What a stunning vibe and such a great experience. The options of food and drinks were fantastic! Hannah and Demi were Queens the way they handled the numerous customers and high level of orders they were receiving. Being smashed today with the amount of customers that came in however they remained super calm and so friendly despite the huge pressure they would have been under. The chia pudding was off the hook as well as the brownie and our coffees were gooooooood! There was fresh produce and so many cute little finds for gifts as well. Quality! This place was amazing! Will definitely stop by again on our travels. Well done team! So very impressed ♥️😘🙏🏻

Classic country pantry. The steak pie was delicious - flaky pastry and hearty filling. They also have a great selection of country-style pies and fresh juices. A lovely local grocer with quality products, perfect for grabbing a bite or stocking up on essentials in Willow Tree.

What a gem we found on our way to Sydney! If you’re passing through or staying nearby, please do yourself a favour and stop by this place—you won’t regret it! The customer service was excellent—everyone was so warm and welcoming. The space is stylish and cozy, with lovely details like the mirror, wall décor, and displays. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into it. Now, let’s talk about the food! We had breakfast here and the sandwiches were incredible—generous portions, high-quality ingredients, and super fresh (which is actually hard to find where we’re from—Brisbane!). Both sandwiches were full of flavour, and the relish was amazing. We also had cappuccinos that were spot on—so good we grabbed another one to go! And for the sweet tooth—OMG, that Nutella cookie! Hands down, the best I’ve ever had—and I’m not just saying that. Packed with flavour, loaded with real nuts for a perfect crunch, and the dough was just divine. Thank you so much for the great service! If we’re ever in the area again, we’ll definitely be stopping by!
