visited today and started with dirty glass, dirty water with grease floating in the top. Atmosphere and store is nice although the two lady owners ruin it one very rude snobbish to me, the other very loud. Recomended to come here by a friend but cakes not as good, much better at kotora or charlestown I found dry and expensive for a small slice. Larder not fresh looking at all.
Yet again a wonderfully delicious meal at the Boulevarde Cafe. Compliments to the chef and the lovely staff. Such a lovely atmosphere too.
Absolutely beautiful store with plenty of places to sit, gorgeous decor and homewares and clothing and giftware for sale, awesome coffee, I had the eggs Benedict with bacon and it was 10/10 yummy. It was very busy when I arrived but my order was taken promptly with friendly staff.
Unfortunately, we didn't have a pleasant experience. Visited with my son and ordered him a babychino and was charged $4.5 for it. Received a speech from the waiter which is apparently the owner - if I knew how much effort goes to making babychino 🤦. The price was not listed on the pricelist, charged as an open item. I was shocked. I went to check with other coffee shops in the area and was told that the regular charge is $1.50-$2. Such a rip off and what a disappointment of the service and the owner. I definitely don't recommend spending money on such person's business.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
