Dog rules
Dogs are only allowed to be off-leash in leash-free designated areas approved by Lake Macquarie City Council. Dogs must be on a leash and under effective control at all times in all other public places. Dogs are not permitted within 10 metres of playgrounds or BBQ areas, or within 400 metres of patrolled beaches. Dog owners must clean up after their dogs. Nice gated play area for kids with an amazing view of Belmont Bay. There is parking, a few seats with views of the bay, netted swim area, change rooms and wharf/jetty nearby.
Nice place with an incredible view. The area has amenities such as a jetty, swimming area, and bbq area with a couple of nice cafes within walking distance.
Great little gated playground in Belmont. It’s just a shame there is no shade to sit, or shade sails above the platonic as the slides get too hot to go down from about 11am onwards, on a sunny day.
Great views , beautiful sunsets over the lake .Nice jetty for fishing new swimming area fully enclosed
