We were gifted an amazing experience here for a birthday celebration and it did not disappoint. We were allocated a lovely table, with exceptional service and the food/wine was divine. Would highly recommend visiting.

11/12/25; seems like the restaurant took on feedback , many of the menu items are back on the pub menus and the steak and chips are great again. Not sure if change in management or whats changed, food used to be great and ive been here since theyve opened. The foccaccia and cappacio were stand outs but they've since removed these from the menu. The steak frites seem to have also changed ? Quality seems to have taken a dip

We ordered two medium steaks, but they gave us rare steak instead. The lettuce was torn/rot and should have been thrown away. Even so, they served it. Staff were unfriendly and they really not trained well. We decided that we are not coming back here anymore Expensive, but the food wasn't good. At least we tried it, and we're never going back. Chef needs to focus on this, many customers are complaining about their food.

Had an amazing Friday dinner at Humphrey’s Hotel! Every dish was impressive — the Wagyu Rump Cap (250g, MBS4+) was cooked to perfection, full of flavour and incredibly tender. The Sydney Appellation Oysters were fresh and briny, a great start to the meal. We also enjoyed the Wagyu Steak Tartare — the mix of kimchi apple cider, burnt onion cream, green pepper, potato crisps, and egg yolk was creative, rich, and well-balanced. The service was friendly and attentive, and the overall environment was stylish and comfortable. The only small suggestion would be to turn the music down a bit — it was quite loud and made it hard to have a conversation. Otherwise, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended!
