Lovely intimate lounge area, bartenders a girl and a guy were friendly and efficient, they brought our drinks right to us very classy service. I would like more variety with their cocktails but nicely made nonetheless. Would return again.

Met a friend after work, approached the bar and we were greeted by a lovely smile and knowledgeable bar attendant. Made us lovely cocktails. Great customer service skills and yummy cocktails . Name was Thahn ( hope I got that right ) Will definitely re visit.

I Was at the Atrium bar last week. I got some drinks from the Atrium bar and had to wait a while though this staff there he was quite arrogant. I think his name was Jorden or Jordan. Overall the layout of the atrium bar is amazing though is sad to see I won’t be going back there as I have to go back to England. Jorden or Jordan do not know if you still work in that atrium bar area though you need to improve on how you talk to customers and make drinks there

2023 is here and with Covid well on its conclusion and hospitality is back on the rise. Bankstown sports club is sadly commited on remaining behind. The Atrium Bar is the RSL's feigned attempt at elevating the style and culture of the club to persuade new guests that this bar can deliver some sense of luxury or service as it excites with its visual appeal, a beautiful pearl marble top with golden brass finishes and a vast selection of spirits and liqueur. But unfortunately, it's staff and team members are ill trained and unequipped at both guest engagement and product knowledge, as it was evident from the moment we sat down that the attendant service had no desire to be there. Having frequented many establishments that pride itself on guest experience Atrium leaves a lot to be desired as the senior member was inattentive, apathetic and even seemed hostile at times. Whereas the aesthetics of the bar are lovely that's unfortunately where the good things end. The bar is a lost opportunity for because Instead of offering a more intimate and personal service with alluring and creative cocktails, in the convenient proximity of home its apparent that the only priority is gaming. This was our third visit in three years, hoping it would have become a stepping stone in both evolving the culture and standards of the Bankstown community, it is clear it would rather remain as a glorified pokey room. Do not recommend.
