The Blacktown Inn is hands down a fantastic watering hole. Great atmosphere, cold drinks, and consistently fantastic service make it a go-to spot whether you’re popping in for a quick drink or settling in for a longer catch-up. A huge shoutout to Jessie, who truly goes above and beyond. Her service is outstanding always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, with a great attitude that makes everyone feel looked after. She’s an absolute asset to the venue and a big reason the place has such a great vibe. If you’re after a relaxed pub with excellent service and a welcoming feel, you can’t go past the Blacktown Inn. Perfect stop while visiting the hospital – highly recommend! My husband and I stopped into the Blacktown Inn for drinks and a light meal while visiting someone in the nearby hospital, and it was such a great experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made us feel comfortable straight away. Cold, cheap beer 🍺 and we came during happy hour so our schooners were only $6 — can’t beat that! We also grabbed a bowl of wings for $10, which was perfect for a quick bite and surprisingly good. Such a great local spot — we’ll definitely be back ❤️

The Blacktown Inn is such a great spot. Amazing prices on beers, and the over-the-counter meals are surprisingly good for a pub — honestly better than expected 👌 Staff are absolutely amazing, super friendly and welcoming, and the vibe is always relaxed. Plus you can’t beat $1 pool and free darts — perfect for a casual catch-up with mates. Definitely one of the best locals around 🍻🎯
