Manly Spirits Co. Distillery (Distillery Bar/Cellar Door/Gin School)

Yesterday had the pleasure of exploring Manly Spirits Co. the place is beautifully setup great atmosphere beautiful reception and entrance, great vibes. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I think it’s great for a birthday party or even a function for a small group of people. Great history lots of fun and scary facts about the history of gin. You can even bring your fur babies here as well. Great atmosphere.

Last Saturday we had a great afternoon exploring the many Flavours of the Manly Spirits Gin School. We learnt about distilling and created our own unique Gin, with the fun of choosing our own flavour profile and name for our Gin.🥰 We enjoyed some classic Gin cocktails whilst our trainer explained the fine art of creating Great Gin. Our trainer was awesome and we all had a fabulous afternoon. I would definitely recommend the Gin Class for a leisurely afternoon and fun way to catch up with friends . I would definitely do it again. 🍹

I bought a bottle of Manly Spirits’ Limoncello. I’ve tried many quite famous Italian brands before, but I was pleased to discover that I liked the Manly Spirits version just as well. I found it to be on the “tangier” end of the spectrum, which I prefer.

Awesome gin making classes (thanks Jamie). So much fun and as much guidance as you need. I’ve done it a few times already and I’ll happily do it again. Need to recreate my first attempt which was clearly beginners luck. Awesome staff, great drinks and really good value.

Thank you for an incredible whiskey tasting. We had such an awesome time — Sascha was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience engaging and fun. We learned so much and truly enjoyed every sip. We’ll definitely be back!
