Rossco’s Bar at Noble Craft

Unexpected gem! Had no idea this place existed, noticed it when we were on our Brookvale brewery tour. Staff are fantastic and the cocktails are next level. They brew their own vodka, gin, limoncello and whiskey ( it’s still aging at the moment) the venue is very chill with indoor and outdoor seating and it’s dog friendly. Thank you to Amir and the team for making us feel so welcome. We will be back soon!

Visited over the weekend with a group of friends and we were made to feel so welcome. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the whole place had such a great vibe. I’m a big gin and tonic lover and theirs really hit the mark. Will definitely be back!

Six stars if I could!! The warmest of welcomes from Luke followed by some of the most delightful cocktails I have ever tasted.. and the food was equally exquisite! Setting the bar HIGH for a local distiller. New favourite spot, 100%. Do yourself a favour and visit! Only wish I could have stayed for the Thursday jazz (will return sans children).
