I love this place. We have been coming here as a family for years being locals. I was so disappointed to find out that they don’t do big breakfasts anymore :(((( everything is amazing here. Food, vibes & staff. Please bring the big breakfast back !!

After more than 10 years of spending every Sunday lunch at Canley Heights Hotel, our group of 5–6 friends has decided not to return anymore. The problems started in May last year, when we were served six steaks with a terrible smell. The chef acknowledged the issue and refunded us, but from that day we stopped ordering food there. Then, just two weeks ago, the situation got even worse. At 9:30pm, the staff shut down the garden area early, clearly trying to close sooner than advertised. When we politely approached the manager on duty, his response was simply: “Don’t care, go away.” After all these years of loyalty, this level of disrespect was shocking. It feels like you are only welcome there if you are gambling. As traditionally oriented people who simply enjoyed good company and a weekly catch-up, we are deeply disappointed that an era has ended — not because of us, but because of uninterested management. Definitely not recommending this place anymore.

my wife and i came around and ordered two steaks . there was a little delay however they generously provided a larger portion for each of us and gave us garlic bread on the house! I would 1000% recommend to come here as their service was incredible and good was delicious. thank you so much guys !
