First time here and the moment we entered we were greeted with a smile. We came here to try Cathys Kai menu in the bistro and we were not dissapointed. We highly recommend the food, service & atmosphere.

I can't recommended The Billabong highly enough. Jacinta and Mel at the bar provided excellent customer service, remembered my order, just wonderful women and so very hospitable. Great atmosphere, friendly locals. As a woman on her own I felt safe and relaxed in the sports bar, do yourself a favour, head on down and enjoy it all. Melanie

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ After the new management of Cathy’s Kai, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at the Billabong Hotel, and has become one of my go-to places for a great meal or casual catch up with friends and family! The friendly and welcoming staff really stand out; every time I walk in I’m greeted with smiles, and they make sure you feel comfortable and looked after right from the start. The food here is consistently tasty. Whether it’s a classic pub meal or something from their nz range, everything I’ve tried has been well-prepared and satisfying. The pub atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, which makes dining here feel easy and enjoyable whether you’re stopping in for lunch or dinner. I highly recommend dropping by if you’re looking for a pub that delivers on both quality meals and friendly hospitality!

Loving the new ‘Kiwi’ menu. Food was delicious and the new renovation of the pub makes it more it inviting. The staff are friendly and the manager, Mick is very approachable. Nice bloke
