Lovely rooftop beer garden upstairs. Pretty venue. Lovely atmosphere. Friendly staff. Came here to celebrate my boyfriend’s job being extended to the end of our visas. 2 for 1 deals on.

We dined here before heading up to the nearby Grand Electric Theatre and this was close enough to walk which was helpful. The rooftop area was spacious and open for an area to drink and eat. The bar is classy and there were options to order - QR code at table or at the bar. We enjoyed $13 cocktails as it was a Thursday and the food was fantastic. I had the swordfish special which was fresh and tasty. Clean facilities - which is always a great thing. Central location in the city and has a great vibe.

Wonderful service, great atmosphere on the Top open restaurant space. Super Happy hour Beer (till 6pm) Aussieburger & chips was tasty & filled with ingredients true to the tradition. Thankyou Strawb !

Lovely folks behind the bar, pretty chilled atmosphere. Little did I know, they were waiting see if split the G, pleasantly surprised I managed to do it. Will come back

The inside looks much better than the outside, the historic exterior feels very old, but you really shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. The portions are decent, the chicken burger is crispy and juicy, and the fajitas are very well presented. What impressed me most is that at a time when most places charge extra for sauces (mushroom, pepper, etc.), the mushroom sauce here was free.
