Bean & Gone is a cafe in Prospect where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
**Avoid the chicken schnitzel plate** It tasted nothing like chicken. Not sure what it was but it tasted cheap and nasty. Hot chips were mushy only the garden salad was ok. What a disappointing meal.
Nice cosy Cafe. Staff were attentive and friendly. Was well priced. Food and ice coffee was delicious! Would come back again.
Amazing local gem! Best place for breakfast and lunch in the area and really good coffee (strong and not milky). Service is friendly and quick. Food is always good and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
Updated: March 2023 Dropped by again today and as always, cheerful service, quality eats. Definitely the best food / coffee in this vicinity. Check out the ADB - Massive burger (photo below) Below: 5 years ago Bean and gone is one of the pleasantly surprising places that deliver more than what you pay. I recommend the huge bacon and egg roll. Toast was warm and crispy. Quantity of bacon was solid and sauce was on point. I also had some sourdough which went well with a good volume regular coffee. If you're passing by or at home world, drop in for a quick bite, mornings seem to be a great time to go. I definitely felt like I underpaid for my food!
This is the place you order from when you want the coffee to hit your soul in the morning. The coffee is consistent every single time, which is hard for a cafe to do, so it NEVER disappoints. The owner (according to my partner) is a lovely & super friendly guy. I order my coffee on Uber from this place most mornings, & it’s wonderfully smooth & tasty every time. I’ve ordered food a few times as well & it’s always been tasty & fresh. I recommend the bacon & egg roll, best I’ve ever had, try it with cheese! Don’t sleep on this place, it’s a must try!
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
