We had our church group lunch gathering at ERLC. There was plenty of parking. The menu has a large selection. Our order was delivered to our table. We ordered the pumpkin salad and pasta. The salad was delicious and the pasta was Al dente. On that day, there was a special offer of 5 year membership for just $5. The lady at reception was very polite, efficient and patient. She assisted us in the membership application process, thanks. Definitely will come more often.

Solid local club that delivers what you’d expect. Good atmosphere, decent facilities and generally a reliable spot for a catch up. I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and overall it’s definitely above average compared to similar clubs. On my most recent visit, I was served by Phillip at the bar and this visit genuinely stood out. He was friendly, efficient and actually focused on the customers in front of him which isn’t always the case. It was refreshing to be served by someone who wasn’t distracted by what was playing on the screens and kept the line moving. Small interactions like that really do make a difference.

It was my first time at the Ryde- Eastwood Leagues Club in Australia. While signing up for membership, a white guy noticed my family name and joked that his wife has the same one — so we must be family 😂 Honestly, it was the first time I’d met a white Australian who was that friendly and easygoing. Adrian Noonan — such a cheerful, positive guy! So nice to meet you!!! Thanks to you, I’ll probably be using the pool soon, and I managed to try gambling, coffee, and everything else all in one go. Really appreciate the kind and clear guidance — thank you so much!

Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club NOT FOR “a place at the heart of the community for all to enjoy". I recently booked two tickets for the Kids Pizza Cooking Class during the October 2025 school holidays at Ryde Eastwood Leagues. The club’s policy around membership was frustrating and poorly thought out. The booking page does mention that non-members must pay $5 to join the club in order to attend, but that doesn’t make the policy any more reasonable—especially for short, child-focused events. What’s worse is that the booking page explicitly asks parents to accompany their child, yet still forces them to sign in as members. That contradiction makes no sense. To top it off, the entry ticket is $15 for a small pizza—barely the size of a standard chopstick (about 23 cm) or a small hand. Charging $15 for something that size, and then requiring every non-member adult or child to pay an additional $5 for membership, feels like a greedy and unreasonable practice. Based on my conversations with other families today, I’m not alone—several parents also expressed frustration with this policy. My friend, who lives in Yagoona and isn’t local, was expected to pay for a membership just to accompany her son for a one-hour class. What for? She doesn’t live in the area and has no intention of using the venue beyond that hour I’m already a member and offered to sign her in as my guest, but the manager refused and said she didn’t need to be on the premises if she didn’t want to become a member. That response felt dismissive and completely missed the point. In the end, she waited in the carpark while I supervised her child inside—a workaround that felt unnecessary and awkward, all because of a rigid policy that doesn’t reflect genuine hospitality. It’s especially disappointing given that Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club promotes itself as “a place at the heart of the community for all to enjoy.” This kind of exclusionary, revenue-driven approach does not reflect that mission. ⚠️ Warning for families: DO NOT book any school holiday program at Ryde Eastwood Leagues if you are not a member. There are plenty of other programs out there that are free or reasonably priced—and far more welcoming. Please don’t feel pressured to pay or participate in practices that lack transparency and common sense.

We have been visiting Ryde Eastwood Club for years, just like much of our family, and it has truly become a beloved, universal place where we love to meet. Over the years, we’ve seen changes in ownership, but our experiences here have always been wonderful. On our most recent visit, we were served by a young man whose kindness and bubbly personality made the experience extra special. His service was absolutely fantastic and genuinely enhanced our meal. The food, as always, is excellent there’s never anything to fault, which is why we keep coming back. A big thank you to that young man for making our visit so enjoyable! Dining at Ryde Eastwood Club is always a pleasure, and we can’t recommend it highly enough
