As an Uber Eats driver, I was told the order would take 10 minutes, so I waited patiently. Unfortunately, it ended up taking 25 minutes, which significantly affects delivery time and our ability to complete other orders. I completely understand that restaurants get busy, but accurate wait time estimates really help drivers manage deliveries properly. A more realistic time upfront would have been appreciated.

Love the high tea set and very special for Xmas. Food looked and tasted amazing. Didn't look like a lot but you fill up. The strawberry tart one of the best I have tasted. Savory dishes very special. I had my first sparkling sake. Yum. Will be back.

We came here for dinner after a busy conference day. Nice bento boxes with chicken, steak, salmon or veggies, which come with two very large rolls, salad, soup, and some deep fried dishes. Very good pork gyoza and wakame.

We came here to try out their high tea not realising at the time of booking that it was Halloween themed. We gave it a go regardless but would have preferred the regular menu. Items were well made and appreciate the detail put into it. Savoury items were delicious. Desserts were mostly cream, yoghurt, cheese or milk based- personally too much for my tastebuds but that's just me. Also, check your bill as we almost overpaid on the day. The deposit paid (upon booking) on their system was not correct.

We came here for Japanese high tea and it was a fantastic experience. Everything was presented beautifully and there was a creative take to the Halloween theme. Food quality was above average and was quite varied. Our experience included a pot of hojicha, sencha or genmaicha - the leaves were average in quality. Would recommend you try this place for a special occasion.
