Stopped in for a quick breakfast while on a work trip in Dubbo. I had Googled what the best cafe in Dubbo was and Press came up on TripAdvisor in the #1 spot and I have to say... that's deserved. Press is beautiful with an enchanted garden style atmosphere. It's very nature-based and calming. The decor is stylish and modern. It felt way too fancy for Dubbo. I ordered the bacon and egg muffin which most cafes do as a very basic standard cheap dish ... not Press. It was a home-made muffin that came with their signature chilli crisp sauce. I had never had a spicy egg and bacon muffin before and this one hit the spot. Easily in the top 3 I've ever smashed. The coffee was hot, strong, and came out fast after ordering. The service was fantastic. I asked them to store a drink I had to keep it cool and it was no dramas. This is a must try if you are a local or passing through Dubbo.
Lovely place with lots of good areas to sit, inside and out among beautiful greenery. Great service. Small servings and price adds up to add singular extras in breakfast menu. Would like more flavour adding.
Get here early if you're coming on a Sunday! I arrived at 7:55 and was about 10 in the queue! After opening at 8am they seated everyone very efficiently and my coffee arrived within 5 minutes and it was then that I understood why there had been a steady stream of people arriving since they opened. This was the best coffee I've had in Dubbo by some margin. A coffee that would not be out of place in the trendiest of cafes in Sydney's inner west. Service was friendly and efficient and my big breakfast was excellent. Prices were more Sydney than Dubbo but so was the quality.
Super cool and relaxed vibes at Press in downtown Dubbo. Food was delicious and beautifully presented. Prices were very reasonable. Service was a bit hit and miss but didn’t detract from the experience. Predominately a breakfast/brunch spot…worth a visit if you’re in Dubbo
My son and I were in town for a couple of days and stopped in for breakfast both mornings. The service is outstanding, coffee and food was amazing! Walking into the garden area out the back was beautiful. Highly recommend this place!
