Unfortunately our experience here was terrible. Glades Kitchen has replaced Ping’s Kitchen. The food we ordered was ok but not great. The menu was misleading with certain dishes. When my parents questioned a dish ordered that was not as specified… they were told that the crispy noodle on their dish was firstly “chips” which is simply not true therefore misinformation. Someone with an allergy could have eaten them… Then another staff member said it was not actually edible. Which is not actually legal to sell. It’s also not true, they need a sauce on top to soften them. Then the manager said that they have to serve it with “something” otherwise the dish doesn’t look worth it. Those were his words. My father hurt his teeth trying to eat it. The staff members spoke to my parents like they were unintelligent and told them incorrect information, another word for this is a lie. They wanted them to say nothing I assume, or feel dumb. This is why I have spoken up. I’m shocked and saddened as I love this club. There is all new staff for some reason and they are inexperienced clearly but that doesn’t mean you need to lie and be rude and tell fibs. It’s unacceptable. I really hope this club survives. There needs to be honest menus and not just training but hiring people who care. Otherwise I can’t see people returning.

I enjoy and like to eat at Ping's Kitchen as the food is very good, fresh, tasty and good-valued. The servings are generous. The club has renovated nicely - it is comfortable and beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely will keep coming back to have good feeds and drinks.

Ping’s Kitchen is such a great find! The food is always fresh, full of flavour, and served in generous portions. The was honey pepper combination so tasty. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Located at 4-6 Linsley Street, Gladesville, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 Our group had a great experience at this club today. The staff were very attentive, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our group included people with disabilities including people in wheelchairs 🦼. The kitchen staff were happy to cater to any special requests we had for our clients meals which was wonderful. I had the $15 Special which gave me 2 Spring Rolls as entree and Satay Chicken and rice 🍚 for main. Great value for money 💰. My companions enjoyed their meals as well. The club is very wheelchair 🦼 accessible complete with ramps, lifts 🛗 etc. The car park 🅿️ is across the road from the club. Easy access. I would definitely come back and would recommend anyone coming to visit for a quick, non-expensive meal. There’s a bar on the ground floor which is great to have a seat and drink 🍷 and relax. ☺️. Thumbs Up from me! 👍👍👍👍
