There was an unexpected issue during our visit, but she handled it calmly and professionally, and the problem was resolved smoothly. Her attitude and customer service really impressed us. this is my fourth time eating at The Ritz Hotel, and i always have a great experience. the staff are very kind and the service is really good. the food is also high quality and tastes amazing. the place has a nice vibe and it’s perfect to bring friends and family. Ms Nina assisted us from the time we arrived until we finished eating. She was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. thank you and good job.

Excellent food and service! From start to finish, our dining experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every dish was beautifully presented. The barramundi is a must-try—perfectly cooked, fresh, and full of flavour. 😋 The side dishes complemented it wonderfully, making every bite memorable. A special shout-out to Nina for her outstanding service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right throughout the evening. High compliments to her and the entire team for making our dinner so enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d recommend and can’t wait to visit again and again!😊

The Ritz Hotel is an awesome place to hang out. There’s a pool table, big screens for sports, live music, and trivia nights, so there’s always something happening. On top of that, the food was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service — friendly, fast, and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I have been here for 5 days, attending an AMAZING conference in Darling Harbour. This hotel has been a God-send! Amazingly professional and friendly staff. Room is beautiful with very high ceilings. Very clean snd beautifully kept. The Pub downstairs is modern, well appointed and staff terrific! Food is delish!
