We thoroughly enjoyed our Melbourne Cup Luncheon at the Graphic Arts Club with our group of friends. Its a great venue with ample parking which is a big plus! The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, beautifully decorated for the race that stops the nation and having TAB services on site was perfect! The Cup decorations, big screens, lucky door prizes and sweeps created a fun atmosphere! Our table was very lucky on the day which made our day even more memorable! The food choices were excellent as was the friendly and professional staff. Some of our friends were so impressed, they became members on the day! A big thank you to Tim, James and your multi talented VP, Ross, for putting together a special club event! We will be back!
Great food, very friendly staff. Good place to hang out with family and friends. And table service by bot...love it
Had the most beautiful lunch there yesterday. The staff were amazing and so patient with our big group. We were permitted to chat before sitting down to lunch and the food, ambiance and table location worked out great. It was a special birthday occasion and it went off so well. Many people commented how much they enjoyed the venue.
Great little club in Mascot. It's a registered club but doesn't look or feel like it. It's more like a trendy inner city bar. Comfy lounges everywhere. You still can bet on the horses or keno and pokies but they do not intrude on the relaxing atmosphere. Staff and manager are very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. We had spring rolls and pizza. Go there. You know you want to. I'll be going again.
Friends who are members of this club, took us here for a Sunday lunch. The space was large yet still felt intimate. The 6 of us fitted nicely on a round table so we could talk to each other without shouting. It was a bit too noisy because there were long tables with many people celebrating birthdays but I believe it's quiet on weekdays. The food was a cut above some of the club food I've eaten in the past. My prawn linguine was very tasty. Everyone seemed to enjoy their lunch and it was good value. Members receive a 10% discount and although my partner and I were not members, we all received the benefit of our friends' membership discount. The service was also good and the waiters friendly and helpful.
