What people say
Renovations are good bringing about a good ambiance and rooftop. The food however is shocking for what you pay (quality vs price) does not add up. We were a big lunch group today and noting dishes are anywhere between our $25-45, the quality is comparable to a fast food Takeaway. Not one person on the table (8 of us) had anything good to say about the food.
We had a great function on the rooftop at Jacksons on George. The rooftop is a lovely space for a function. The standout for us was the service. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooftop was extremely busy but the staff handled the volume of people so well. We had a mixture of pizzas for our event and they were delicious. Would recommend to others.
I visited Jackson on George on a friend’s recommendation and booked through OpenTable, which even offered 50% off. Great value. Every dish we ordered was outstanding, and Stanley’s service was exceptional from the moment we arrived, making the evening flow smoothly. The venue is beautiful with a warm, inviting atmosphere. We left feeling truly satisfied and will definitely return. Highly recommend. Thank you for a memorable night!
On recommendation from a friend, went for the Chicken Parma and it was up there for one of the best around. We missed the Thursday night special but enjoyed it regardless. One of the burgers was not available from the kitchen after ordering, but was no problem changing our order with the bar staff who sorted the change promptly. Go early or will miss a table!
Had a wonderful dinner! Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a truly enjoyable experience. The bread alone was worth the visit! Highly recommend this gem.
