Wingham Bowling Club is a pub in Wingham. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 200m away, Mick Tuck Riverside Reserve is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Good place for a couple of beers. Nice and quiet. You can have a roll-up for any time. Don't expect anything fancy and the menu wouldn't be for me, but id rather have a drink here than the pub.
Absolutely loved the atmosphere, the people. The green was immaculate. Was lucky enough to get a club shirt. They are just lovely people. Will make it our home interstate club from Canungra Brissie.
This place has the potential to be really nice with a country vibe and friendly locals. But, somehow, it misses the boat. One barman is always distinctly unfriendly, there's occasionally live music which isn't advertised anywhere online that I can find, and there's no background recorded music at other times. It's just, sort of . . . silent. After the raffles, the place becomes a ghost town. With a happy hour, some bar snacks, upbeat staff, some background music, maybe free pool table between certain hours or even a fun pool comp, and online advertising of entertainment, they could pull in new clientele who would stay on in the evening.
A great little Club, not very big, but quite welcoming. On my visit, it was a happy atmosphere with friendly customers and staff. It also has very reasonable pricing compared to some others, Terrific food with takeaway available. Order there, or phone through an order to pick up.
We recently visited the club and found the staff very efficient, helpful and friendly. There is a Thai/Asian Restaurant. Food was beautiful. We had Peking Chicken and Mongolian Chicken. For sports fans there is a very large TV for good viewing throughout the room. The Club President has great vision for the club which will enable it to move ahead in the future. Will definitely visit next time we are in Wingham.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
